Our organization has been warning for weeks that the NDP will win this election if the UCP does not radically change its messaging and properly organize in the battleground of Calgary.
Give Credit Where Credit Is Due - The NDP has run a very effective campaign that has been largely unanswered. First, it was outright lies which we have addressed on this page and at the doors and now it is commercials where they sound more conservative than the UCP. We all know all the NDP does is lie, they never said last time they would raise taxes, kill pipelines or work with Trudeau and do everything her federal boss commands.
When Notley governed from 2015 - 2019 she never campaigned on the following:
- Notley never campaigned that she would raise taxes 97 Times. But she did!
- Notley never campaigned that she would Increase business taxes by 20%. But She did!
- Notley never campaigned on killing over 200,000 private sector jobs. But she did!
- Notley never campaigned on creating only Public Sector jobs (In case people are unaware, Public Sector jobs come from Private sector money. That is you!). But she did!
- Notley never campaigned on bringing in a Provincial Carbon Tax. But she did!
- Notley never campaigned on putting us 70 Billion dollars into debt (more than ALL other provinces combined) But she did!
- Notley never campaigned on having 13 Consecutive quarters of Albertans leaving the Province. But she did!
- Notley never campaigned on Defunding and attacking the Police. But she did!
- Notley never campaigned on building more safe injection sites and giving free Cocaine to drug addicts. But she did!
- Notley never campaigned on taking direct orders from the Trudeau / Singh Coalition (yet it was formalized in their party Constitution). But she did!
- Notley never campaigned on hiring Anti Alberta anti Oil & Gas staff. But She did!
